Nikki Leonti's sophomore album was scheduled for a Christmas release. However, if you've checked store shelves, there's no new album. What's the delay?

Nikki, 18, exchanged wedding vows with Ryan Gingerich on October 18th. in California. Gingerich is the acoustic guitarist for Scarecrow and Tinmen. Scarecrow and Tinmen are fellow recording artists with Nikki Leonti on Pamplin Records. (Another interesting tidbit: John Elefante produced both artists' debut projects.)

While most people are enjoying turkey and family, the members of Avalon were freezing in the morning cold. Why? They participated in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade's Nashville Parade.

Janna Potter, Michael Passons, Jody McBrayer, and Cherie Paliotta rode on the lightsource.com float during the nationally televised parade. They performed the Christmas favorite "Walking in a Winter Wonderland" for the receptive crowd.
